I'm Barrie Wallis and my passion in the antique silver market began when my family started trading in 1965. I quickly became hooked and my love has grown and grown over the years.
The name 'Seolfor' was chosen for my trading name as it derives from the old English
Anglo Saxon word for silver and marks my lifelong passion for antique silver. I have a special passion for Georgian silver and a wealth of knowledge and experience as an Antique Silver Dealer.

My love of antique silver was initiated and has been shaped by my family background. My brother studied the antiques trade extensively and in great depth, after which he opened his first antique shop in 1965. I spent the next 40 years learning the trade, with my main interest lying with antique, Georgian and vintage silver.
I always have over 750 items of silver for sale in our secure silver vault. I sell and ship worldwide and can efficiently handle any export documentation required as well as shipping requirements. All precious items will be safely packaged for transport to ensure they arrive in perfect condition and will be fully insured. Items will normally sent by Royal Mail for the UK or UPS, Fedex for overseas deliveries.
