I ship next working day after all funds have cleared. All items shipped within the UK will be sent Royal Mail insured signed for and overseas deliveries are normally shipped by UPS, DHL or DPD insured signed for again the next working day after all funds are cleared. Overseas deliveries are
subject to the normal import checks at your country.
Due to the current conditions around the world there may be a delay which is out of my control but full tracking numbers will be issued along with the courier website address for easy tracking.
Packing Policy
Our in-house packing has often been referred to as "Bank Vault Standard" that's because we take pride and careful consideration on what type of packing materials to use for the type of artical. Each item is carefully cleaned and wrapped in soft acid free tissue before we engulf the item in quality bubblewrap. The item is them placed in a double wall box surrounded with soft nuggets. All finished off with security tape. The delivery address is printed and then placed in a prominent area along with any export/inport documents.
